Welcome to Bogota, the capital of one of the most biodiverse countries in the world, as well as one of the highest capitals, located in the middle of the Colombian Andes. It is a cosmopolitan, dynamic city and the political and educational epicenter of the country.

Colombia and its capital have played an essential role in shaping the development of constitutional law in Latin America and beyond.
