Registration fees include

Participation in program sessions, official Congress materials, coffee breaks, working lunches, and the welcome and closing cocktail receptions.

Cancellation policies

• Any change or cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to registrationwccl2026@uexternado.edu.co.
• Name changes will not incur in charges.
• Cancellations received before April 1st, 2026 (inclusive) will be entitled to a refund of the amount, but 30 USD for management fees.
• As of May 2, 2026, all cancellations received will incur 100% cancellation charges.
