Application requirements

Applicants must submit the following documents through the official application form:

1.  Proof of panel acceptance (Mandatory)

An official letter or email from the Congress organizers confirming acceptance of the applicant’s panel or individual presentation. Applications without this document will be automatically rejected.

2.  Curriculum Vitae

A concise CV (maximum two (2) pages) highlighting academic achievements, publications, research interests, and dedication to constitutional law.

3.  Statement of purpose

A brief essay (500–750 words) outlining:

  • Motivations for attending the Congress
  • How the Congress aligns with academic and career goals
  • How attendance could support the applicant’s work in constitutional law
  • Expected impact on research and professional development

4.  Letter of recommendation

One letter of recommendation from a professor, mentor, or supervisor familiar with the applicant’s academic work and potential.

5. Timeline

5.1  Application Period

Opening Date: 25th March 2026

Closing Date: 19th April 2026

The application window will remain open for a minimum of four (3) weeks.

5.2  Evaluation period

Applications will be reviewed within three (3) weeks following the closing date.

5.3  Notification of results

All applicants will be notified of the Selection Committee’s decision via email by 15th May 2026.
